Small-scale, regenerative growers on the Peninsula

Caeriad Market Garden

About Us

Caeriad is a small-scale, regenerative market garden tucked away just outside of St David's. We run as a Community Interest Company (CIC), fuelled by a dedication to providing nutrient dense food to the community, and enhancing the quality and health of the soil beneath us.

We are a group of directors and dedicated volunteers, all with a shared passion of growing food in a sustainable, regenerative way free of chemicals and pesticides while nurturing not only our connection to the land around, but with each other and our community, too.

Volunteer Days

Whittling Club

Stalls & Events

We have a volunteer open day every week on Wednesdays at Caeriad. With flexible hours to suit the schedules and needs of volunteers

Come and get your hands dirty and learn about regenerative growing in a lovely tranquil environment, with a supportive crew around you.

We do tasks such as seeding, weeding, planting, bed preparation, composting, mulching, building and more. Whether you have experience in no-dig gardening or not, we welcome all kinds of support and help - so why not get in touch?

We love getting involved in local stalls and events, as well as hosting events at Caeriad itself.

If you have an event you would like to work with us on - whether buying or produce wholesale, having a stall filled with fresh vegetables, herbs and more, or you're seeking a friendly, informal location to host a workshop perhaps. We are always keen to talk about new projects, events and ideas, so get in touch and let's see how we can work together.

Every last Sunday of the month we host a whittling club at Caeriad.

We come together over a fire, share the joy of carving spoons, knives, bowls and other peculiar things out of wood. Whittling has been running since October 2021 as a social club, we provide all the tools needed to participate (although you are welcomed to bring your own), and we do not ask for a fee or donation to participate. Just bring yourself and your creativity!

Follow us on social media to keep up to date with the whittling club.

Eat the rainbow

Our produce has been grown with a lot of love. We use no chemicals, pesticides or anything we personally wouldn't want to consume ourselves.

The way we grow veg promotes nutritional value and density. We also ensure to grow a big variety of things, to diversify the type of nutrition and and foods that we eat, and can provide.

By eating our produce, you know you're doing a good thing for you and your gut.
